Mesa, Arizona
We can show you all that Arizona has to offer. Take advice from Arizona natives who love and appreciate our desert — there's plenty of local rivers and lakes closer than you think. Let us show you the side of Arizona you don't see on TV.
Whether you're looking to purchase brand new paddleboards or kayaks, or just want to rent a unit for a couple of days, we're here to serve you.
Our experienced, knowledgeable team knows the ins and outs of the lakes and rivers near Mesa — from the Lower Salt River to Saguaro, Canyon, Apache, and Roosevelt Lake, plus most of the local water in the Phoenix Metro area. Picnic and paddleboard at Butcher Jones Beach on Saguaro Lake, or launch a kayak at Canyon Lake and paddle off into a secluded cove like "Boulder." Apache Lake has plenty of coves worth exploring too.
We can suggest a trip on any of these local waters:
We're close to ASU Tempe — call us with any questions and we'll answer them to the best of our knowledge.

Lower Salt River
The Lower Salt River is operated by SRP. Water flows directly out of Stewart Mountain Dam at Saguaro Lake.
Flow is seasonal (Spring through Fall). Release volumes are dictated by temperature, seasonal weather patterns, and agricultural irrigation demand.
Even when Stewart Mountain Dam isn’t releasing water, float from Phon D Sutton down to Granite Reef for a quick 1¼ to 2 hour run.
